Statistics definitions
- HF (Hammer Factor): HE - SD. Top teams typically have low SD (under 20%) and high HE (over 45%). Hammer Factor accounts for differences in playing style that affect HE and SD. The higher a team’s HF, the better it typically performs.
- HE % (Hammer Efficiency): Percentage of ends with hammer where the team scores at least two points. Blank ends are excluded from the percentage calculation.
- SD % (Steal Defence): Percentage of ends with hammer where the opponent steals. Blank ends are included in the percentage calculation.
- FE % (Force Efficiency): Percentage of ends without hammer where the team forces the opponent to one point. Blank and stolen ends are excluded from the percentage calculation.
- SE % (Steal Efficiency): Percentage of ends without hammer where the team steals. Blank ends are included in the percentage calculation.
- Result avg: Average of final game results.
- Ends with avg: Average points per end with hammer.
- Ends without avg: Average points per end without hammer.
